We pave the way

One of the central tasks of the HBZ is to attract young people to the skilled trades. That is why we are actively involved in numerous projects and support programs. Both at home and abroad. As different as they may be, these projects have a common goal: to pave the best possible way for young people, but also for adult professionals, to a successful professional future in the building trade. Together with regional, national and European partners, new topics for personnel development and the improvement of quality in initial and further training are developed.
